Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at care@neatfi.com or visit our Contact Us page. Our team will provide return instructions before the item is shipped back.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be returned complete with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, without excessive wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a verified product defect, damage during shipment, missing items, or an incorrect item received:
- Neatfi will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
If your return is for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- No longer needed
- Purchased by mistake
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take additional time to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@neatfi.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Sale Items
Only items purchased at the regular retail price are eligible for refunds.
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or other non-refundable promotions (where applicable) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, please contact us within the applicable return period. After reviewing your claim, products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or missing parts may qualify for a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Our Customer Support team will provide the necessary instructions based on your claim.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, please visit our Withdrawal Request page and submit your withdrawal notice electronically.
We reserve the right to modify or update our Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
