Return and Refund Policy

Returns: Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Simply reach out to us by sending an email to or visiting our contact page for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process. Please allow us up to 5 business days to inspect the item upon its receipt and process the return accordingly.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Kindly follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account once again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at, and we will be glad to assist you.


Sale Items: Unfortunately, only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
