EU Right of Withdrawal

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

This right is provided under applicable EU consumer protection laws and applies in addition to any rights available under our standard Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

The right of withdrawal applies to purchases made by consumers for personal use.

To be eligible:

The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product should be returned in its original condition whenever reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase may be required.

3. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may submit your request through our Withdrawal Request Form.

Once your request has been received, our Customer Care team will provide instructions regarding the return process.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances permitted by applicable law, including:

Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Other exceptions permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
